The Herron Group brings a new look to the well-known Peterbrooke Chocolatiers name in booming St. John’s County.
Located in a rapidly-growing area, this 1,290 sq. ft. tenant improvement project is a completely new design for all future Peterbrooke locations. This franchise location is a new addition to the upscale SilverLeaf shopping center in St. John’s County, where The Herron Group has other ongoing and completed tenant build-outs, like Rustica Restaurant and Tersaks Karate Studio.

This project really leans into our strength of taking a client’s vision and making it a reality. Our team held creative freedom, while keeping in mind the required kitchen machinery, maintaining functionally and correct placement.
